Paula Bolton, designer MARGARET MACDONALD inspired collection. This brooch is copper with silver wiring and turquoise stones. The design is typical of English born and Glasgow taught Artist who worked closely with Mackintosh when her work became one of the defining features of the “Glasgow Style” during the 1890s. Inspirations from the Margaret MacDonald gesso panels in Kelvingrove Museum & Art Gallery. Striking Turquoise set jewellery in copper with silver wiring. This brooch can also be worn as a pendant as has a loop on the reverse to thread a chain through.
